ABOUT VENTURO

Clarity-first insurance for people who are tired of vague answers.

Venturo was built because too many Filipinos paid for coverage they didn’t understand, then suffered for it. We decided that would never happen to our clients.

OUR MISSION

We protect the income, movement, and peace of mind of riders, families, and companies across the Philippines.

Insurance protects your future only if you understand it. Venturo makes sure you do.

Your safety and income matter. Let’s protect both together.

OUR STORY

Venturo started in December 2022 after a road accident

Venturo started in December 2022 after a road accident revealed how broken the claims process can be when motorists are unprepared.
We realized something simple but uncomfortable.

Most motorists are not underinsured. They’re under-informed.

We built Venturo to fix that.

OUR DIFFERENCE

Most agencies sell. We explain. Then we stay.
We refuse to be the kind of agency that disappears after issuing a policy. Our work starts the moment you have questions or an incident.

Venturo processes policies through partner insurers Alpha Insurance & Surety Company, Inc., Bethel, General Insurance and Milestone Guaranty and Assurance Corp.

We follow an SOP-driven claims workflow and provide milestone updates until LOA or settlement and closure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I request a quote?

We collect the minimum details, then send options with clear notes on coverage, trade-offs, and next steps.

Alpha Insurance & Surety Company, Inc. and Milestone Guaranty and Assurance Corp.

No. We stay involved for claims guidance and follow-through.

No one can honestly guarantee approval. Insurers decide based on policy terms, incident details, and documentation. We commit to correct submission and milestone tracking.

Accident Day Card + correct claim tagging + priority-based documents + milestone tracking until LOA or settlement.

Yes. We process CTPL legitimately and provide proper documentation for compliance.

Direct settlement is high risk. If paying directly, we require Release of Claim and Affidavit of Desistance. For serious injury, hit-and-run, unclear fault, or potential criminal issues, we coordinate first.

At minimum: submitted, claim file number issued, assessment/inspection, approved, LOA or cash processing, closed.
